Taurus Crafts hosts the acclaimed christmas markets the largest and most diverse in the area over two weekends on 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th December. Our annual christmas markets provide visitors with over 40 artisan businesses on site over the weekend with inspirational seasonal ideas featuring locally made, handcrafted gifts, crafts, toys, decorations, locally sourced food, craft beers, wines and ciders, fresh cut local christmas trees and more....
High quality Christmas trees available from 5th December
We are stocking high quality Christmas trees from two local suppliers of traditional Norway Spruces cut fresh from only a few miles away. We are also stocking a large range of speciality trees from further afield. All available from 4th December.

There are over 17 resident artisan maker and seller businesses at Taurus Crafts and many different things are available both bespoke and ready made. Come and browse our unique shopping destination at your leisure and choose from, handmade chocolate; picture framing; jewellery; original artworks; wools, yarns, textiles, accessories and kits; womens fair trade and ethical fashions; stone masonry; leatherworking and mythical arts; health, beauty and wellbeing clinic offering therapies and treatments; teen clothing and fashion accessories; beautiful handicrafts, silks and scarves. The Christmas shop is filled with amazing gifts, toys, decorations and locally made crafts. Open seven days a week 10am - 5pm.

The new Ceramics gallery is open daily and features work by nationally acclaimed artists including Mary Rose; Avril Farley; Val Tomlins; Dinah Delchambre; Tracy Baker; Derek A. Lamb; Tara Davidson.

The CAN DO Creative shop is now open in the main courtyard. It retails the work of talented individuals working in workshops supported by the Camphill Village Trust. You can browse and buy at your leisure, your purchase helps people with learning disabilities to live and work independently.
