Taurus Crafts is open as usual during A48 Road closure at Alvington.
Travel from Coleford and Gloucester is as normal. A local diversion is in place if travelling from Alvington and Chepstow direction along the A48. Perhaps better to avoid the A48 where possible. What's On Guide October / November 2014.

Balm Jewellery 11 Year Anniversary
The 11 year anniversary of Balm jewellery "It has been quite a journey for me! From hobby to a shop to selling through the internet. When I opened Balm at Taurus Crafts 11 years ago, I hoped to support myself by doing something I loved. 11 years on I have supported myself and my son but I did not expect to be selling as far afield as the USA and Russia!
By listening to the customers, I have been able to expand my range to include gold, antique, vintage and costume jewellery and other accessories and gifts. Local trade remains very important to me and it is my hope to continue to provide something ‘different’ and ‘unique’ to keep tempting you back.
I would like to thank all of our customers and followers, friends and colleagues for their support and encouragement. I hope to be in business for many years to come."
