Bread Our bread is delivered by several suppliers – The Authentic Bread Company in Newent provide organic breads which have a home baked flavour using traditional methods and recipes. Grange Village provide organic wholesome breads with specialities such as sourdough and ryes, including the popular Borodinski, a biodynamic rye. TRY their sticky organic gingerbread, you’ll soon be addicted. Every Friday there is a delivery from an organic French bakery – Aux Bonnes Choses, supplying traditional French breads, the yeast free Pain au Levain is very popularnow.
Local Cheeses With local cheeses from Birdwood, Diana Smart, Charles Martell and Mrs Hill in addition to sheep and goats cheese from Spain and Italy - cheeses that have all become very popular. In addition speciality coffees, over 60 organic wines, local and organic ciders and Freeminers beer, there is also a wide range of homeopathic remedies, natural remedies and toiletries.
Organic Wines We sell the widest range of organic wines in the area and Local Drafts including: Ragmans Lane apple juices; dry, medium and sweet. Kingstone beer made in the Forest of Dean Severn Sider Cider strong and with a slight tickle to the tongue.
