A considerable variety of organic herbs, fruits and vegetables are available in our delicatessen – many of which are grown by Taurus in our own market garden. 
 

The market garden supports both La Bodega and the main restaurant, it also provides seasonal foods via our garden boxes service on a weekly order basis for the local community. 

The garden itself covers 2 acres and there is a multitude of vegetables, flowers and herbs, these are cultivated on site by Ingo Kresse and his team of workers who gain work experience and also vocational training in horticulture.  The Market Garden provides unfolding and ever evolving opportunities for Taurus Crafts to work as a community in a real working environment. 

It also has an important role in the production of local and organic produce as it has established the precedent, which led to the opening of a dedicated organic food store.
